Privacy Policy of Julie Ann Smith, Harpist

To My Individual Clients:

Your privacy is important to me, and maintaining your trust and confidence is one of my highest priorities. I respect your right to keep your personal information confidential and understand your desire to avoid unwanted solicitations. A recent law change requires me (along with banks, brokerage houses, and other financial institutions) to disclose my Privacy Policy to you – which I am more than happy to do. I hope that by taking a few minutes to read it, you will have a better understanding of what I do with the information you provide us and how I keep it private and secure.

A. Types of Information I Collect

I collect certain personal information about you – but only when that information is provided by you or is obtained by me with your authorization. That information I use to prepare documents regarding specific events planned by you.

Examples of sources from which I collect information include:

Biography

Principal Harpist of the San Diego Symphony, Julie Ann Smith has established herself as one of the most prominent young harpists today, performing as both an orchestral musician and concert artist.  Gaining international recognition for her charismatic performing style and diverse repertoire, Ms. Smith was the Silver medalist winner in the 2004 USA International Harp Competition and Bronze medalist in 2001.  She made her National Symphony Orchestra debut in 2003 and has been honored in numerous competitions throughout the country. Her other honors include grand prizes in the Corpus Christi International Young Artist Competition and the Midland/Odessa National Young Artist Competition, both open to all instrumentalists.
